I needed a case to protect my headphones, so I decided to build one. I chose to use some rough sawn oak and some recycled plywood for this project. I planed the oak down on my thickness planer. Then cut the pieces to length. I cut grooves in the sides to accept the plywood top and bottom. After glueing it all up and sanding it down, I finished it with Danish Oil and spray polyeurethane. After addin some hardware, I lined the inside of the box with some foam. The end result turned out great. I have a nice custom box, to keep my headphones safe and sound.
