While trying to clean off the Tractor I recently did some work on, I fired up my pressure washer only to find out that there was no pressure. The machine had worked great the last time I used it but that was over 6 months ago. Something had happened. I disassembled the pump and cleaned out all the passageways but still no luck. I discovered that the check valves had seized in the bores and were in need of replacement. After ordering up the replacement parts, I took it apart and replaced the valves. This was a little tricky because the o rings were really stuck in there. I had to use an easy out and a drill bit to get the old valves out. After reassembling the pump, I fired it up and thankfully, it worked great. I have the entire repair process documented below. I hope it helps you out with your pressure washer.
