By popular demand, here is my redesigned bandsaw dust port.

This is a 100% 3D Printed Dust Port designed completely in house to fit on the Rikon 10-305, 10″ Tabletop Band Saw. It is made from 3 separate pieces that get glued together with CA Glue. This item can be ordered unglued and without magnets, or completely assembled including strong Neodymium Magnets. If you order it without magnets, you will need to provide your own. I use 3/4″ diameter by 1/8″ thick round neodymium magnets. This it what the part is designed to fit. Any Magnet taller than 1/8″ will sit above the surface of the base and not seal well against the saw.

This item may work on other small saws as manufacturing facilities may make saws for other brands. If you want to try this on a different model saw, be aware that I cannot guarantee that it will fit on any other saw than the Rikon 10-305.

These parts are modeled and printed by me right here at Home Built Workshop. They are printed on an FDM 3D Printer which uses a filament that gets extruded in layers. There will be visible layer lines on these parts. These lines are a result of this type of printer. The layer lines have absolutely no effect on the structural integrity of the piece. I just want you to be aware that the pieces will have layer lines on it. You can see these in some of the pictures.
