This is a 100% 3D Printed Guitar Fretboard Radius Block. They are available in many different Radius and Color combinations.

These blocks are lightweight yet rigid. Sticky back sandpaper will stick to them, but not so much that you can’t get the sandpaper off. If you find that the sandpaper doesn’t stick very well, try cleaning the plastic with some Isopropyl Alcohol. That usually does the trick.

These Radius Blocks are modeled and printed by me right here at Home Built Workshop. They are printed on an FDM 3D Printer which uses a filament that gets extruded in layers. There will be visible layer lines on these parts. These lines are a result of this type of printer. The layer lines have absolutely no effect on the structural integrity of the piece. I just want you to be aware that the pieces will have layer lines on it. You can see these in some of the pictures.

This item takes 19 hours to print one unit. Since these are printed on demand, please allow up to 5-7 days for these to get printed and shipped out to you.
