3D Printed Router Bit Holders (.stl file only)

$2.99

Who couldn’t use some more router bit storage in the workshop? This is an .stl file for my 3D Printed router bit holders. Print these on your 3D Printer to make your own custom router bit storage solution. You can print them in your material and color of choice. They are made to work with both 1/2″ and 1/4″ shank router bits. All you need to do is drill a 5/8″ hole and tap the insert into place.

***Printing Note***
Since these are 3D Printed, I’ve found that sometimes a bit of filament or printing irregularity can make inserting the router bit a bit tricky at first. I’ve been able to work the bit back and forth and it has always loosened up. You should be able to insert and remove the bit relatively easily.

This file includes 4 different .stl files. One is the regular file that I’ve been using, the others each have slightly oversized holes for the bits. Since different printers may have different tolerances, this should help you choose the file that works the best on your printer.

This download is a zip file and will need to be extracted using your program of choice.
